Lauren is a trained breathwork facilitator, yoga teacher, and somatic coach. Since 2015, she has immersed herself in the study of various body-based modalities, with a particular focus on breath and somatic healing.

Having learned from experienced teachers in India, Mexico, Southeast Asia, and across the U.S., Lauren adopts an East meets West approach. Her teachings emphasize the importance of understanding physical anatomy and the science-backed benefits of breathing. In addition, she incorporates elements of energy, vocal toning, and music to create a holistic experience that encourages emotional and spiritual exploration.

For Lauren, the safety and privacy of her students, along with the integrity of the space held, are paramount in any breath journey. She ensures that the group receives full support through proper instruction and guidance, fostering an atmosphere of acceptance and judgment-free community.
