  • Taylor Ketcham is a former Division I athlete turned Founder of The Holistic Consulting Group and brings a wealth of experience and passion to the intersection of sports, wellness, and business. With a background as a collegiate lacrosse player, Taylor has translated her athletic drive into a dynamic career as a business owner and holistic consultant.


    As a Founder & CEO of Holistic Consulting, Taylor is at the forefront of fostering well-being in business. Drawing from her extensive experience in owning and operating a lacrosse business centered on wellness, a yoga studio focused on integrating up-to-date and impactful well-being technologies, and current longevity & wellness facility in Mooresville, NC, she has demonstrated a commitment to the holistic development of individuals. Through her consulting business, she brings a unique blend of sports mentality and holistic principles to guide organizations towards success.


    With a Bachelor's in English from Davidson College and a Master’s in English from Wake Forest University, Taylor brings a unique perspective to her holistic coaching approach. Her graduate studies in Disability Studies and the Evolution of Human Rights enrich her commitment to uplifting women, advocating for social justice, and bridging the gap between corporate and everyday life. With a holistic approach to business development, she aims to empower individuals and organizations to thrive.

    • Partnering with the COO provided leadership and expertise implementing Lean operations, program and change management as the organization doubled in size over my first six months.

    • Hired and managed the Quality Engineering team, developed roadmap and implemented automated testing frameworks for the gateway product and the protocol. Delivery

    • Program Manager supporting CTO’s full portfolio of projects aimed at achieving the software engineering organization’s strategic vision. Specialize in leading highly technical cross functional programs spanning Security, Engineering, DevOps, SecOps, Product Strategy and various client facing teams.

    • Program Manager for the Security team through three acquisitions and team transitions, overseeing vulnerability management, technical audits and incident response.

    • Entrepreneurial leader with extensive experience in program delivery, team mentorship, and ecosystem building.

    • Completed 24 month program to design and build a global hybrid cloud hosting solution combining Azure and on premises private cloud solutions. Led quarterly strategic roadmap development with the senior leadership team and related solution design sprints with Architecture for our globally distributed software ecosystem.

Our Story

Holistic Consulting began as two separate journeys that converged into one shared vision. Taylor’s path started on the lacrosse field—as a college athlete, then a coach, then a business leader running her own camps, training programs, and multi-team leagues. Along the way, she found herself not only shaping athletes but also quietly helping their parents with their own ventures—building websites, crafting marketing plans, and offering practical business advice. Those side projects grew into a steady flow of clients and her own company, Ascend Within, where she blended coaching with entrepreneurial guidance.

Chris’s story took root in the world of technology. For over 15 years, he worked in IT and software, eventually diving deep into blockchain and Web3. When that volatile industry took a downturn, and 70% of his company—including him—was let go, Chris made a pivotal decision. Instead of returning to corporate, he began working directly with local entrepreneurs and small businesses, helping them sharpen their strategy, embrace new technologies, and turn ideas into actionable results.

In late 2023, Taylor and Chris decided to combine forces. Together, they formed Holistic Consulting—a company built on the belief that business growth requires more than a single skillset. By bringing together marketing, branding, coaching, and life leadership with strategic business and technology solutions—including AI integration and custom software—they’ve created a one-stop partner for purpose-driven businesses. Their goal is simple: to help clients connect their vision to measurable results, while keeping the human side of business at the heart of every decision.
